Yes, you can create a wishlist and save products for later purchase. Simply click the “Add to Wishlist” button on any product page.
Product availability is indicated on the product page. If a product is in stock, you will see a “Add to Cart” button. If it’s out of stock, you may see a notification or the option to be notified when it’s back in stock.
Yes, you can make purchases as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to save your shipping information, track your orders, and access exclusive offers.
Payment Information
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Yes. All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway using SSL and TLS protocols. We do not store or have access to sensitive payment details such as your full card number or CVV.
Your payment will be processed once your order is reviewed and confirmed. The final amount will include the product cost and any applicable shipping fees.
If your card is declined, we cannot process your order. Please check with your bank or card provider for details. You may also try another accepted payment method.
Order Cancellation & Modification
Currently, we only ship within the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, or international addresses at this time.
Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–6 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 7–9 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays.
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders within the contiguous U.S. There are no additional or hidden fees.
Yes, but only if you notify us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, or once the order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make changes or issue a refund.
Order Cancellation & Modification
Yes, you can request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order enters production and can no longer be canceled.
Please email us at support@kaboons.com within the 12-hour window. Include your order number, full name, and clear details of your cancellation or requested change in the email.
Cancellation: We will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 9–10 business days.
Modification: If feasible, we’ll update your order and send a new confirmation email.
Unfortunately, requests received after the 12-hour window cannot be accepted. Your order will continue through production and will be shipped as originally placed.
