Our goal is your complete satisfaction. However, given the custom nature of our products, we can only offer an exchange or replacement for items that are defective or do not align with the specifications confirmed in your final order.

1. Conditions for Exchange

Timeframe: You have 21 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange.

You may be eligible for an exchange if you receive an item that has one or more of the following issues:

  • Missing Items: Your order is incomplete.
  • Defective Product: The item is torn, ripped, or has a significant printing error.
  • Incorrect Item: You received the wrong size, color, or style.

Please note that due to the differences in monitors and screen settings, the colors in your final printed product may vary slightly from what you see on your design. 

We still accept exchanges for reasons other than a mistake on our part. However, please note that an exchange may be subject to additional fees and shipping costs.

2. How to Request an Exchange

If you believe your order qualifies for an exchange, please follow these steps to initiate the process:

Step 1: Contact Us Immediately 

You must contact us within 21 days of receiving your order. This timeframe allows us to efficiently address the issue and process your request.

Step 2: Provide Required Information:

To help us quickly assess your claim, please email us at support@kaboons.com with the following information:

  • Your Order Number: This helps us locate your order details immediately.
  • A Detailed Description: Clearly explain the issue with the item (e.g., “the shirt is the wrong size,” “the design has a printing error”).
  • Clear Photos: Attach photos of the item. Please include a full-view photo of the product, as well as close-up photos of the specific defect or issue you are reporting.

Step 3: Await Our Response

Our customer service team will review your request and photos. We will respond within 2-3 business days with instructions on how to proceed. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Step 4: Return the Item 

Please securely package the item and send it back to us using the provided shipping label.  Please ensure you include the RMA number on the package. We will process your replacement order as soon as we receive and inspect the returned item.

Important Note: We cannot process a replacement until we have received the original item. If the returned item is found to be in an ineligible condition (e.g., used, altered), your exchange request may be denied.

3. Exchange Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship your new item. Please allow 2-3 business days for your exchange to be processed after the returned item is received at our facility, and an additional 5-6 business days for the new item to be shipped and delivered. We will send you a confirmation email with a new tracking number once your new item has shipped.

4. Shipping for Exchanges

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returning an item for an exchange. However, should the exchange be necessary due to an error on our part—such as shipping a damaged or incorrect item—we will provide a prepaid return label and cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
