All designs, logos, and content featured on our products and website are the exclusive intellectual property of our company. We take pride in our original creations, and all designs are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Upon receipt of a valid and complete notice, we will investigate the matter and take appropriate action.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Iowa.

6. Severability

Should any provision of this policy be found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be in full force and effect.
