2) Provide Essential Information: Your email must include the following details:
- Subject Line: “Cancellation Request for Order #Your Order Number” or “Modification Request for Order #Your Order Number”.
- Body: Your full name, the specific order number, and a clear, detailed description of the change you are requesting. For modifications, please provide the exact details (e.g., new shipping address, updated design file, desired size change).
3. Outcomes for Your Request
* Successful Requests:
- Cancellation: If your request is received and confirmed within the 12-hour window, we will promptly cancel your order and process a full refund to your original payment method within 9-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the cancellation is complete.
- Modification: If your request is received within the 12-hour window and the modification is feasible, we will update your order details and send a new order confirmation email for your review.
* Unsuccessful Requests:
- Cancellation: Any requests for cancellation received after the initial 12-hour timeframe will be denied. At this point, the order has been processed and allocated for production, and we are unable to stop the process. You will be responsible for the full cost of the order.
- Modification: Any requests for modification received after 12 hours will be denied, as the production process is underway. The order will be shipped as originally placed.
