1. Shipping & Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers like UPS and FedEx Ground to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently. Your order will be shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, or any international addresses at this time.

2. Order Processing & Transit Time

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.

For orders placed after 2 PM EST, processing will begin on the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped. After your order ships, please allow 5-6 business days for it to arrive. The total estimated delivery time, including processing and transit, is 7-9 business days

Please note that transit times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen delays with the carrier.

3. Shipping Fee

A flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 applies to all orders shipped within the contiguous U.S, with no hidden fees.

4. Address Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can only accommodate these requests if we are notified within 12 hours of your order being placed. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make any changes or issue a refund.

5. Delivery & Responsibility

We are committed to delivering your order within the estimated timeframe. However, we are not responsible for delays or issues that are beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • The recipient is not being available to receive the delivery.
  • Unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or federal holidays in the US. 
  • Lost or damaged packages during transit.

In the case of a lost or damaged package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

6. Returns & Exchanges

For information on returns and exchanges, please refer to our Return Policy and Exchange Policy pages. Note that we do not offer refunds on orders that have already been shipped or processed, except in cases where the item is defective or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications.
