3. Shipping and Delivery

We ship exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States. It’s your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address, and reshipment fees may apply if a package is returned to us. A flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 applies to all orders.

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. After your order ships, please allow an additional 4-5 business days for delivery. All delivery times are estimates and subject to factors beyond our control, as detailed in our Shipping Policy.

4. Order Cancellation and Returns

Cancellations: You may request to cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, your order has entered our production process and cannot be changed or canceled.
Returns & Refunds: We accept returns for items that are defective or incorrect, provided you initiate the return within 21 days of the delivery date. We also accept returns for other reasons if the item is in unused, unworn, and sellable condition. Refunds are issued to your original payment method for approved returns or successful cancellations within 9-10 business days.
